Wayne Foundation does not ask a partner or a funder to trust its word. It builds a verifiable system, and points to it. Every claim on this site that can be checked is meant to be checked — against a published record, not a private assurance. Wayne Foundation is governed by a twelve-seat board meeting monthly, consulting a wider founding circle whose members are named in the founding record but do not hold a board vote. Decisions are reached through Shura — collective deliberation — rather than unilateral direction.
